Railway City Epoxy was founded in 2019 with a simple goal: to deliver floor coating systems that are built properly from the start. We are a family-owned epoxy flooring company serving London, Ontario & surrounding communities with concrete coating solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, & agricultural spaces.
Our company was built on hands-on experience, old-school mentorship, & a no-shortcuts approach to surface preparation, repair, & finishing. Chad grew up around the trade, learning directly under his father’s mentorship, where the standard was always to do the work properly, respect the surface, & take pride in the final result. That foundation still shapes how we work today.
We do more than coat concrete. We prepare it correctly, choose the right system for the environment, & install finishes that are designed to last.

He is involved in the work because he believes the best results come from understanding the surface beneath the coating, not just the finish on top.
